V. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Scope of application: shopping www.qualixpharma.com with delivery in Spain and Portugal.
Forms of payment: bank card or other methods are enabled through the secure gateway MONEI.
Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
VI. SHIPPING POLICY
Carrier: all shipments are made via NACEX.
Scope: Spain and Portugal.
Delivery time: 24 to 72 hours in Spain; up to 7 business days in Portugal (from the confirmation of order).
Shipping cost: 4,90 € per order.
Follow-up: all orders include a tracking number that is provided to process the shipment.
Delivery: two attempts in the home; if it is not completed, deposit in point NACEX close to 7 calendar days to pick up.
Quality and sanitary conditions: storage and transportation according to applicable regulations and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
VII. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Right of withdrawal: the customer can return the product within 14 calendar days from receipt, without the need to justify the reason.
How to apply for the refund
- Write to ventas@qualixpharma.com indicating order number.
- We will send you shipping instructions/refund.
- After receive and check the product, we will process the refund.
Conditions
- Product in original packaging, unopened, with seal intact and in perfect condition.
- No we accept returns of opened product, tampered with or without a seal for health security.
- If the product arrives damaged or wrong, QUALIX PHARMA SL assumes the cost of return and send a replacement at no cost.
- Returns by withdrawalthe costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
The refund is made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt and verification of returned product, for the same means of payment unless otherwise agreed.
